Music is an essential part of the Moor Park curriculum and is experienced both inside and outside the classroom.
Individual instrumental lessons, taught by a team of highly experienced specialists, are available in the following instruments:

Among the instrumental groups we have a Jazz Band, Wind Group and Brass Ensemble
Moor Park boasts an excellent Chapel Choir, which is in demand for BBC local radio broadcasts, weddings and services and regularly gives concerts raising money for charities. A Year 3 & 4 choir provides a training ground for those considering auditioning for the Chapel Choir.
There are many opportunities for performance at Moor Park. Every Wednesday we have a Chapel performance and there are informal concerts every half term, as well as an external concert during the summer terms. The annual House Music Competition takes place in the Summer term and is enjoyed by all.
We have a near perfect record in Music Examinations, in both Trinity Guildhall and the Associated Board. These exams take place termly.
In the past, pupils have won music scholarships and exhibitions to schools such as Shrewsbury, Radley, Stowe, and Malvern College
