Welcome from the Headmaster

Moor Park is a truly special place to spend your childhood! Set in 85 glorious acres, the school offers all that is best about a truly co-educational experience and, above all, it is a school where the individual really matters.

Outstanding results are achieved in the classroom with many academic scholarships being won to the leading public schools in the country. We pride ourselves on preparing children for a wide variety of senior schools. Bear in mind however, that Moor Park is anything but an 'exam factory'. Academics are just one strand of a broad and diverse education where children get the opportunity to experience many different activities, sports and arts.

Although we set high standards, we also remember that life is not all work, so children are encouraged to work and play hard! Pupils are allowed to enjoy their childhood by having fun and playing in the wonderful Moor Park grounds. Happy childhood memories of building dens in the woods and playing chase during long summer evenings are made at Moor Park.

We were founded as a Catholic school but families from all faiths are welcomed. The Christian values of respect, kindness and forgiveness are at the heart of our community and are intrinsic in the relationships that children form with each other and with their teachers.

We are fortunate to have a very talented and committed staff who challenge and inspire our children to reach high standards. These teachers make the happiness, security and personal development of each child their over-riding concern. We are a happy school.

Pupils leave Moor Park, happy, confident and at ease with themselves, ready to make the most of the opportunities that their senior schools have to offer, but more importantly, ready to be good citizens in the wider world and enthusiasts for life.

"Pupils leave Moor Park, happy, confident and at ease with themselves"

We have a clear vision for Moor Park and these are exciting times ahead. It is impossible to convey in words all that makes Moor Park so special, so please do come and visit us. One of the main reasons my wife and I decided to come to Moor Park was to give our children their childhood - I hope we can do the same for yours.
