Boarding in School House
The main boarding house, or School House, is located within the main school building and is for those boarders in Year 5 and above. There are two wings; the Girls' Wing on the first floor, and the Boys' Wing on the second floor. Each wing is looked after by a resident matron.
Each wing has numerous dormitories to cater for the different year groups. Boarders have access to shower, bath and lavatory facilities. There is a sitting room in which the children can relax, access the internet, watch TV/DVDs and have a drink and snack.
All boarders have supervised access to the school facilities; the playing fields , adventure playground, the art room, Sports hall, swimming pool, library, squash and tennis courts, computer room and the woods.
The Year 8 boarders have their own furnished common room which has a TV, computer and pool table. This room is then open to full boarders at the weekend.
