Admissions

Admission can take place at any point in the term or year, and we are both inclusive and non-selective. We recommend a visit to the school in the first instance, contact the Registrar to arrange a visit to meet the Head and take a tour of the school.

Complete a Registration Form and return with a copy of ID and Registration Fee.

Prospective pupils are invited to spend a 'Taster Day' with us to experience life at Moor Park. They will spend a full day immersed in their year group, attending lessons and sports with their peers.  It’s the best way for your child to get to know Moor Park in a relaxed way. 

Every child is assessed by our Head of Learning Support during their 'Taster Day' helping us to gain knowledge of each child's individual strengths and needs.

An Offer Letter and Acceptance Form are sent after the Taster Day, and completion of the paperwork and payment of the refundable Deposit will secure your child's place.

Your child will be invited to a Transition Morning held in the Summer Term prior to joining.

Student Visa CAS number applied for once paperwork completed, deposit and fees are paid.

New pupil information is shared during the  term prior to joining

The non-refundable Registration Fee is payable to enrol your child for the school, however, it does not guarantee your child a place.

UK and EU residents:     £120

Non-EU residents:        One term's fees

*The deposit is refundable once your child has left Moor Park and less any outstanding extra charges.

By advance payment/lump sum. If a fee payer wishes to make an advance payment of fees, a discount will be applied based on current interest rates. Please contact the Bursar for further details.

By monthly standing order. For parents who would like the facility to pay monthly, we can accept a monthly standing order arrangement provided that the term’s fees are covered by four instalments and payments commence in the month prior to the start of term. Details are available from the Bursar.
