Non-funded sessions are charged at £30.50 per session.

The Kindergarten day is divided into two sessions, each of equal length and value:

• Morning: 08.00am to 11.45am (funded hours 8.15am to 11.15am)

• Afternoon: 12.15pm to 3.45pm (funded hours 12.45pm to 3.45pm)

Flexi-boarding is available to Day Pupils from Year 3 and up at £51.73 per night. Advance flexi-boarding packages are available at £45.98 per night if booked in advance, before the start of term. After the start of term, flexi-boarding nights can only be booked at £51.73 per night.

Extras such as outings and learning support/language tuition are charged in arrears. Speech and drama and musical instrument tuition are charged in advance.

• Ballet and Jazz Dance – per term: £81.34
• English as an Additional Language - per lesson: £35.64
• Speech and Drama – per lesson for an individual: £28.06

Where a parent has an outstanding account, the child will not be permitted to continue with a chargeable extra. Half a term’s notice is required to cease any extra tuition lessons and any other chargeable activities.

Daily Minibus Run

Charge per journey per child:

• under 8 miles: £4.00
• over 8 miles: £5.00

After School Club Early Years

3.45pm-6pm, Monday to Friday, including tea: £17.53 per evening.

Years 1 and 2

3.45pm-6pm, Monday to Friday, including tea and specialised activity: £21.04 per evening. All bookings are placed and paid for termly in advance. There is no refund of fees due to non- attendance/illness/holidays.

Year 3

Year 3 After School Club from 4:00-6:00pm and tea is included in the day fee.

Occasional Meals (Breakfast or Supper)

Charge per meal: £5.75

Bursaries may be made available to existing parents who are experiencing unexpected financial hardship or, in exceptional cases, to new parents who are not able to pay full fees. Bursaries are generally only available to families with children in Year 3 and above. Details of the school’s policy on bursaries are available from the Bursar.

Please be aware that any bursary offer should remain confidential between the parents and the school.

Parents with 3 children at the school will receive a 10% discount on their third child’s basic day fee. A fourth child at the school will receive a 25% discount on the basic day fee.

Please note that these discounts only apply while 3 or 4 children from the same family are in attendance at Moor Park at the same time.

The school has a policy of offering allowances to children of members of the regular armed forces. Members of HM Armed Forces who do not qualify for the Continuing Education Allowance (CEA) qualify for a 20% discount on the basic day fee for each child.

Regular personnel in HM Forces who are able to claim the CEA allowance will receive a discount to ensure the parent contribution toward Boarding Fees is 10% of the full boarding fee.

Parents may be able to take advantage of discounted fees if they pay for fees in advance. If parents wish to take advantage of this scheme, they should contact the Bursar bursar@moorpark.org.uk.
